Project overview
We co-organized the stay of the Swedish company Benify in Poland. The two-day event was held in Sopot. The event started with our hostesses welcoming the participants at the airport. A conference was held at the Sheraton Hotel, where the participants were accommodated. After which, the guests took part in a detective game. Then there was a lifestyle picnic at the Aqua Park. On the second day, company training took place, and at the end of the day the participants went to one of the Sopot discos to have fun in a disco atmosphere. We were responsible for selecting all subcontractors, creating a detective game, logistics and overall implementation. 300 people participated in the event.
